Motorola has just launched the Moto E in India for Rs 6,999 and it will be gunning for the throat of the Nokia X which post the price cuts is available for Rs 6,999 too.

New Delhi: Motorolahas now launched its Android smartphone Moto E which is widely being compared to other Android powered smartphones available in the market. It will be going against the Nokia X for Rs 6,999. Here is a comparative look at the Nokia X and Moto E devices:

Built: The dimensions of the Moto E device are 124.8 x 64.8 x 12.3 mm and it weighs about 142 grams. On the other hand, the dimensions of Nokia X are 115.5 x 63 x 10.4 mm and it weights nearly 128.7 grams.

Display: Moto E comes with a capacitive multi touch display of 4.3 inches with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. Whereas, Nokia X comes with a capacity IPS LCD multi touch display of 4 inches with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels.

Processor: Moto E has been powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 chipset, dual core processor of 1.2 GHz and Adreno 302 GPU. On the other hand, Nokia X has been equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Play chipset, Cortex A5 dual core processor of 1 GHz and Adreno 203 GPU.

Operating System: Moto E functions on Android 4.4.2 KitKat platform while Nokia X works on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS.

Memory: Moto E features a RAM of 1 GB while Nokia X features a RAM of 512 MB. Both the devices offer an internal memory of 4 GB and up to 32 GB expandable memory.

Camera: Moto E comes with a rear camera of 5 MP with touch focus and geo tagging features and Nokia X comes with a rear camera of 3.15 MP with panorama and face detection features.

Connectivity Features: Both the smartphones come with connectivity features like GPRS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB, 2G and 3G

Battery: Moto E works on a battery of 1980 mAh while Nokia X works on a battery of 1500 mAh.
