MEMORY: Moto G is having an internal memory of 16 GB with no expansion facility whereas the Moto E is having an internal memory of 4 GB which can be expanded upto 32 GB.

VERDICT: Both the smartphone has a huge price gap, and at their position they are the best in term of satisfaction they provide to the consumer. If you are looking for mid end smartphone Moto G is best, and in Low end Moto E can be a fruitful decision.
