Sai Dharam Tej, another hero from mega family proved his talent with movies like Pilla nuvvu leni jeevitham and Rey.  He joined hands with director Harish Shankar who gave a big hit like Gabbar singh to mega heroes.  Their combination increased expectations and the success of Subrahmanyam for Sale was important to both the director and the hero after their last films were big flops.

Rajahmundry: Sai Dharam Tej and Regina paired opposite each other for the second time for Subrahmanyam for Sale which is released today.  The movie is directed by Harish Shankar and is produced by Dil Raju.  Coming to the story of the movie, Subrahmanyam lives in US and is ready to do anything to earn Dollars.  Regina enters into the life of Subrahmanyam. Regina is cheated by her boyfriend.  Subrahmanyam gives her shelter as well as a job in restaurant.  Regina takes Sai Dharam Tej to her sister’s marriage.

Main villains of the movie are Rao Ramesh and Ajay who enter the story now.  Rao Ramesh wants to kill Sai Dharam and Govind Goud wants to get his sister married to Sai Dharam Tej.  Who is Ajay? Subrahmanyam for Sale, title is different and the character of the hero is also designed differently.  Entergy levels of Sai Dharam Tej and Regina are simply superb. First half of the movie is entertaining. Sai Dharam Tej improved his performance, looks and style compared to his earlier films.  He also danced well.  Romantic track of the lead pair is the highlight of the movie and the family emotional scenes in climax gives a good feel to the audience. Dil Raju’s production values are good. Harish Shankar scored good marks as a director, story writer and also as dialogue writer. Overall the movie which came with the tag line supreme hero may become a biggest hit in the career of Sai Dharam Tej.  The movie is given 3.5 rating out of 5 by reviewers.
