Micromax launched a new handset in India in the Canvas series. The new handset is dubbed as Canvas Fire 4 and is priced Rs. 6,999. The handset can be purchased now offline as well as online stores.

Mumbai: Micromax Canvas Fire 4 sports 4.5 inch display and the resolution is 480 x 854 pixels. Pixel density is 218 ppi and the display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. It is powered by 1.3 GHz quad core processor paired with 1 GB RAM. internal storage is 8 GB and extra storage can be added up to 32 GB via micro SD. The handset comes equipped with 8 megapixel camera at rear and 2 megapixel camera at front. Fire 4 comes out of the box with Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system. Connectivity features of the handset include WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. The handset supports dual SIM and battery capacity is 2000 mAh.

Micromax Canvas Fire 3

Micromax Canvas fire 4 also comes preloaded with apps such as Paytm, Newshunt, Snapdeal, App center, Ask Me, Quickr, Safety and Chaatz. The features of Fire 4 are similar to Canvas Pep which was launched recently except for camera and battery capacities. Fire 4 comes with a better camera and the battery of it is also large.
