Maruti Suzuki has unveiled another special edition Swift hatch back exclusively at the Wind Song Music Festival recently. The new special edition hatch back was showcased recently at a music concert held at Lonavala. The exclusive exterior design and the iconic special head phones have mesmerized the viewers at the concert. As per the information, the new Swift is likely to get dubbed into Indian market as ‘Wind Song Edition’.

The native Indian automotive giant is on fire this year and the recent launched such as Ritz Elate have boosted sale volume during this festive season. The exterior of the new limited edition Swift hatch back comes with some beautiful decals which symbolises music very clearly. The yellow colour of the decals is very attractive and the black coloured lines across the sides add much elegance to the vehicle. The rear wheels are covered with the special head phone shaped accessory which will not be offered with the production version of Swift Wind Song Edition hatch back.

As per the information, Maruti Suzuki is going to sell just 100 units of the special edition Swift. The manufacturer has not made any changes to the engine and transmission options at all. The petrol version of the hatch back continues to be powered with a 1.2 litre four cylinder K series petrol engine that could produce around 85 bhp power at the peak along with 113 Nm of torque. The diesel version of the hatch back gets powered with a 1.3 litre Multi Jet diesel engine borrowed from Fiat, which is capable of producing around 75 bhp at the peak along with 190 Nm of torque.

As per the information, the current gen diesel variant of the Swift hatch back has delivered around 22.9 kmpl mileage on an average whereas the upcoming edition of the hatch back is likely to deliver around a massive 25.2 kmpl on an average. There may not be much difference in price of the hatch back mostly.
