New Delhi: The third largest motorbike manufacturer in Indian, The Bajaj Auto is looking forward to expand its market share in order to top the Indian market within 4 – 5 upcoming years. The unbeaten Hero Honda has broken off which was considered the most reliable brand by Indian buyers and the market was dominated by the firm for more than a decade. Now Bajaj is likely to stand at the top and thus concentrating on two series of models that have huge reputation in Indian market.

Bajaj is developing more number of variants under the Discover as well as the Pulsar series with different engines. The Discover 125 ST was revealed recently and it has been received well by Indian bike lovers. Bajaj has also launched Pulsar 200 NS recently which was a hot favorite for the speed freaks in India. Both the brands are penetrating deep into the Indian market and thus Bajaj is looking forward to develop more number of variants of these two brands.

A powerful version of the Discover, the new Discover 125 T has been unveiled and it has been priced very competitively. The launch event has been held yesterday and Bajaj has offered the brand new 125 CC commuter with a price tag of Rs. 54022 only. The brand new Discover 125 T will have to tackle with the rival models such as Honda CB Shine and Hero Glamour etc. Both Shine and Glamour has huge reputation in the augment but when we compare them with the brand new Discover 125 T, Discover steals the show.

Discover 125 T is more powerful than the rival models and it sports trendy looks as well. When it comes to the price, Shine has been offered for Rs. 55600 and Glamour has been offered for Rs. 54600 but Discover is offered for just Rs. 54022 only. Mr. Ashwik Jaikanth, the General Manager of the Motorcycle sales division for Bajaj Auto stated “We are already targeting two extreme ends of the executive segment with Discover 125ST and Discover 100T. While 125ST targets the customers looking for performance or sportier features, Discover 100 T targeted at safety and commuter features conscious buyers. This one 125 T will be positioned in between the two and completes our range in this category”.
