21.3.2015: Veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar is presented with the Laadli voice of the century award for the year 2015. The award was given away to her at the sixth edition of National Media and Advertising awards for Gender Sensitivity. Maharashtra chief minister was the chief guest at the ceremony in which awards were presented.

21.3.2015: West Indies star player Chris Gayle asserted that he is not retiring from any format of cricket. He made it clear that the retirement news doing rounds are only rumors. But he is suffering from back pain and may not be available for the test series with England. Gayle added that without any doubt he will be representing West Indies in T20 world cup and he is not retiring from any form of cricket.
