CES 2015: Rumored Mobile Launches of Top Brands Samsung, HTC, LG and Sony
CES 2015 is only few day away and the today is the date on which press conferences of various brands are schedules. Here are the mobiles from top brands such as HTC, LG, Sony and Samsung that are rumored to be launched at CES 2015.
Las Vegas: As per the rumors, Samsung is going to launch a 5.5 inch handset. It is almost certain that Galaxy S6 is not going to be launched at the event but Galaxy E and Galaxy J series are expected to be unveiled at CES 2015. Sony is expected to launch smartphones with high end hardware. Xperia Z4 is one of the smartphones that can be expected. According to rumors going around, Sony may also launch new mid range phones. A teaser video showed Sony’s new tablet and to see if the tablet will be launched, we will have a wait for a couple of days.
HTC Hima is rumored to be launched at CES 2015. Specifications of these smartphone were also revealed. HTC sent teasers for an event on January 6 and it contained the words Always Desire More. LG is expected to launch G Watch R2 smartphone at CES 2015. This is the only wearable from LG that is expected to be launched at CES 2015 or at Mobile World Congress. The smartphone that is rumored to make it way at CES 2015 is G Flex smartphone. This second gen smartphone possibly may be unveiled at the event. There is no information available on Sony launching new tablets at the event.
Asus announced Zenfone series smartphones to be launched at CES 2015. These smartphones were launched in April in Taiwan and more than a million were sold. The handsets are available in twelve countries. These come with Intel Atom processor and Android 4.4 Kitkat OS. New successors to Zenfone series will be launched at CES 2015.
Apart from the above brands, there are many big names that will participate at CES 2015. ZTE scheduled a press event today where it may announce its new phones. Alcatel already announced its new smartphones and the launch of a new smartwatch from the company is also on the cards. Archos is going to reveal a smartphone and a tablet and the details will be revealed after their launch. Xiaomi is also expected to launch new handsets. Huawei is expected to announce an affordable smartphone.
