Delhi: National Institute of Open Schooling Delhi had announced the results of Senior Secondary examination / 12^th class results today. All the candidates who had written this examination can check the results at the official website of National Institute of Open Schooling Delhi.

National Institute of Open Schooling Delhi is the distance education board. In 1989, Government of India established this board under Ministry of Human Resource Development. Every year this board conducts 10th class / Secondary examinations and 12^th class / senior secondary examinations at the end. In the same way this year also board had conducted 10^th class / Secondary examinations and 12^th class / senior secondary examinations. Now it is the time to announce the results.

Today board had announced the results of senior secondary examination. All the candidates who had written this examination can check the results at the official website of National Institute of Open Schooling. Between 2004 to 2009 more than 1.5 million students had written the examination through open schooling. Every year more than 3.5 lakh candidates register for the senior secondary and secondary levels. In the world this is the largest open schooling system.

Procedure to check the results:

Log on to www.nios.ac.in
After appearing the home page candidates can see the option Results for March- April 2014 Examination under Examination / Result option at the left hand side. Click on that option
After appearing the results page, candidates can see the option Results declared on 05.06.2014 under Sr. Secondary examination column. Click on that option
Enter the Roll number of the candidates and click on the Submit button to get the result
Result will appear before the candidates
Take the print out of the result
