Spec End Fight:Intex Aqua i5 vs Micromax Canvas XL vs Lenovo Ideaphone S920

The smartphone market today is full of impressive devices with good specifications and functionalites. Within a affordable price range, one has to decide which one to choose. In our study, it was intex and canvas XL glowing the show, but lenovo ideaphone is not lagging behind not at all.

New Delhi: Today we are going to compare three of the decent smartphones in the market i.e Intex Aqua i5, Micromax Canvas XL, Lenovo Ideaphone. Lets go into the details:

Form Factor:

The micromax Canvas XL comes with a dimension of 165 x 84.2 x 10.4mm and weighs 180g, the intex Aqua i5 is having a dimension of 144.1 x 73.5 x 8.8mm and weighs 155g and the Lenovo Ideaphone S920 is of 154 x 77.7 x 7.9mm having a weight of 159g. All the three smartphones are comfortable while using among which intex Aqua is lightest and smallest.

All the smartphones are with standard build,but micromax and lenove wins the race.

Display:

The Micromax Canvas XL comes with a 6-inch display, along with qHD resolution of 960 540 pixels(183ppi), Intex aqua I-5 sports a 5-inch display with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels (221ppi) and Lenovo ideaphone features a 5.3-inch IPS LCD display with a HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels(277ppi).

With its vibrant and better display, Lenovo wins the race.

Processor:

All of the three smartphones are powered by a quad-core processor supported with 1 GB RAM. Intex, lenovo device are clocked at 1.2 GHz while the Micromax has a clock freq of 1.2 GHz.

Overall its an equivalent situation.

Storage:

All the three device comes with an internal memory of 4 GB and it can be expanded externally by using msd upto 32 GB. Again its a draw.

Operating System:

Android 4.2 Jelly Bean powers all the three smartphones and each of the devices offers decent functionality.

Camera:

Micromax Canvas XL and Lenovo both are having a 8-megapixel primary camera and features like LED flash, auto focus, geo tagging etc. Canvas XL is having 5 MP front while ideaphone is featuring 2 MP. Intex Aqua i5 is having a 12 MP rear camera with a 2 MP front facing camera.

Canvas XL’s 5 MP secondary camera boast well, but intex aqua 12 MP rear wins the show.

Verdict: Nowadays people are going for large screen smartphones. In this category intex is quite large but has awesome features. On the other hand Micromax XL is having a decent screen for entertainment,media and offers great functions. Lenove with impressive features is having an amazing style with slim and sleek body. Its on User’s decision to choose among the three, for me its Micromax XL or Intex Aqa i5.
