Yamaha unveiled Special Edition FZ – S for Rs. 74385 and Fazer for Rs. 79485

Indian youth always appreciates style statement and in recent times, they started looking for style in the affordable range. The madness of youth spending high sums for availing stylish bikes, cars and etc. seems to be decreased over past few years. Thus 150 – 200 CC segment has become the strongest in the Indian market rather than commuters as well as >200 CC powerful bikes.

Yamaha FZ is one of the most reputed 150 CC bike in the Indian market and it has been giving a tuff tackle for Bajaj Pulsar and the TVS Apache since its launch in India. The manufacturer has revealed a special edition version of the FZ keeping the reputation of the bike in mind. Yamaha is expecting to keep the sale volume in track this year too and it is expecting this special edition version will help the promotion of the model much deeper into the Indian market.

Both the FZ – S and the Fazer have been re modified to reveal special edition variants. The special edition variant comes with some effective cosmetic changes but the engine remains the same. Mr. Roy Kurian, the Vice President for Sales and Marketing division of Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt Ltd has stated in connection with the launch of the special edition version “The launch of the special edition of the FZ series is a clear illustration of how the market has responded to our motorcycles in this series.

Our strategic intent is to provide customers with stylish new variants of the FZ series to match his personal style. These bikes have been instrumental in catapulting our sales to an all new level. We have kept the essence of FZ series bikes intact while altering the aesthetics to exemplify the masculine feeling these tough machines are known for. We are confident that these variants too will be an instant hit among the biking enthusiasts.”

Yamaha is offering the brand new Special Edition FZ – S with the unique green shade and exclusive graphics in the Indian market for Rs. 74385 only whereas the special edition Fazer is offered for Rs. 79485 only.
