Samsung ATIV Q: Windows Or Android? Its Time For Dual OS and PentaMode All In One Tablet
London: Samsung, the Korean Giant unveiled their new innovative Dual OS device the brand new Samsung ATIV Q at London event. The planning was there for the Galaxy Note 3 but instead the team goes with what we call a real hybrid tablet. Along with these the company also reveals other ATIV series and S4 family. The device suports Windows 8 as well as Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with seamless switching. It seems that samsung is giving a new way of flexibility and conversion as it can re-construct itself in various Modes.
Its not the new thing in market as there were few previous attempts by Lenovo and HP fpr the hybrid device. Samsung boosted the device with a i5 processor which is the Intel’s latest. It is build in a 0.5 inch thick layout, weighing 2.8 pounds. It promises a battery back up for 9 hours with its 47 wtt battery. Samsung Ativ Q comes with a qHD 3200 x 1800 pixels resolution which dominates over iPad as well and also resolution wise it overtakes Apple macBook Pro and Toshiba Kirabook.
Being attracted to the Dual OS feature you must drive now to the term convertible-ness attached to the device. Its a smart engineering observed in the device which hinge the different modes together. The device can be used as regular tablet and also it can reconstruct itself into various modes like Typing, Floating, Stand and Writing Mode. The hinge makes the device lift at any angles, basically this is what we call a pentaface all in one.
