United India Insurance Administrative officer’s online examination Exam Pattern and Syllabus.

Delhi: United India Insurance Administrative officer’s online examination is going to be held on 28th December 2014. Before preparing for the examination it is essential to know syllabus and exam pattern for the examination.

This examination is going to be held for the Generalists and Specialists.

For the Generalist: This examination paper consists of 5 sections. Those sections were Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, General Awareness (With Special Reference to Financial Sector) and Computer Literacy. Number of questions to be faced in the Reasoning were 50, questions in Quantitative Aptitude is 50, questions in English Language are 40, Questions in General Awareness were 40 and Questions to be faced in Computer Literacy were 20. Each question carries 1 mark.

For the Specialists: This examination paper consists of 5 sections. Those sections were Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, General Awareness (With Special Reference to Financial Sector) and Technical & Professional Knowledge. Number of questions to be faced in the Reasoning were 40, questions in Quantitative Aptitude is 40, questions in English Language are 40, Questions in General Awareness were 40 and Questions to be faced in Technical & Professional Knowledge were 40. Each question carries 1 mark.

Quantitative Aptitude: This includes Data Interpretation, Quadratic Equations, Data Sufficiency, Number Series, and Simplification, Traditional Arithmetic Questions (Profit & Loss, CI, SI, Time & Work, and Time & Distance etc).

Reasoning: This includes Puzzle Test, Inferences, Conclusions, Course of Action, Statements Assumptions, Data Sufficiency, Syllogism, Seating Arrangement, Blood Relations, Alphabets Sequences, Coding – Decoding , Directions.

English: English includes Basic Grammar, Antonyms, Synonyms, Sentence Re-Arrangement, and Cloze Test; Fill in the Blanks, Spotting Errors, and Reading Comprehension High Level.

Computer Knowledge: This includes recent updates in Computer Sector, Networking, Internet, Shortcut Keys, MS office, basic Computer parts.

General Awareness: 5 to 6 months current affairs updates. Important events, deaths, sports, awards, places, people etc. This is special reference to financial sector.
