Allari Naresh’s Brother of Bommali Tollywood Movie Review
Allari Naresh is minimum guarantee hero. His movies are full entertainers and since two years, he is waiting for a hit. Two years Sudigadu was released which was a big hit. He acted in four films after that and all the movies were flops.
Rajahmundry: Allari Naresh came now with a story different from his routine films to try his luck. The trailers released were interesting. The movie is directed by Chinni Krishna whose Veedu Teda movie was a hit and this also increased expectations on the movie.
This is the story of twins, Naresh and Karthika. Karthika is dominating and protects here brother from all dangers since childhood. Naresh falls in love with Monal and they decide to get married. Naresh’s family decides to get Karthika married before the marriage of Naresh. Lakshmi informs to her parents that he loves Harsha and will only marry him. But Harsha is already engaged to the daughter of a rich father. How Naresh helps for the success of love of his sister forms the rest of the story.
Though Naresh tried to deliver better performance with his comedy timing, the character he played is one of his routine roles. Karthika is lucky to get to play a rebel type of role and the role has much importance in the movie. Nothing much can be expected from the character of the heroine. There are many comedians in the film like Vennela Kishore, Vineeth Kumar, Abhimanyu Singh, Kelly Dorge, LB Sri Ram and Sudha.
Punch dialogues are good. But the narration makes the audience feel bored. Sekhar Chandra’s music is ok. Cinematography is good. This movie is for those who want to pass their time for two years with a light entertained. Though this is one of the routine pictures in the career of Naresh, this is a different attempt for Karthika.
Plus points of Brother of Bommali are Naresh’s comedy timing, Karthika’s performance, comedians, satirical story and the song that comes in the first half. There are many negative points in the movie. There is no story and the second off editing. Director could not make the film interesting.
