Akshay Kumar & His New Heroine
Action hero Akshay Kumar is in news recently for his new show on small screen. He is also busy shooting ‘The Baby’ which will have Tapsee Pannu & Madhurima Tuli as female leads.
Mumbai: Action hero Khiladi Akshay Kumar is in cloud9 these days. He recently enjoyed grand success for his two movies Holiday & Entertainment. Holiday is a remake by south director AR Murugadoss. The movie having Sonakshi Sinha received good response at the box office. It collected Rs. 112 crores against budget of Rs.30 crores.
Similarly his next commercial movie The Entertainment is having milky beauty Tamanna Bhatia in the lead role. The movie had direction by Sajid Fahad duo, who have debuted as directors after completing long stint with Bollywood as lyricist & story writers. The movie recorded good response at the box office and collected Rs.72 crores against budget of Rs.45 crores.
After grand opening of dance show Dare 2 Dance on small screen, Akshay Kumar is simultaneously busy completing his forthcoming film ‘The Baby’. The movie is having south glamour Tapsee Pannu and she is sharing the screen with Madhurima Tuli. Madhurima will be portraying the role of wife of Akshay Kumar in the movie and she is also under cover like Tapsee Pannu.
The director of the movie is Neeraj Pandey. He is famous in Bollywood for his multiple roles like producer, director, story, dialogue, script writer and he worked for his earlier movies like ‘A Wednesday’, Special 26’, ‘The Royal Bengal Tiger’ and ‘Total Siyapaa’. For the present movie his role is limited to director only.
The director conducted auditions form many before finalizing Madhurima Tuli for her present role. Madhurima is excited to grab the opportunity to act opposite Akshay Kumar. Madhurima has been working for many serials/shows on small screen like Jhansi Ki Rani, Rang Badalti Odhani, Parichay, Kumkum Bhagya. She also acted in some of the commercials promoting brands like Airtel. Despite the stiff competition, Madhurima got the opportunity in this movie as the director wanted a fresh face to play wife of Akshay Kumar.
The production of the movie is going as per schedule and the movie is scheduled to release on 23rd January 2015
