At that time she was just 15 years of age.

30.06.2014: Mountain in Antarctica named as Mt. Sinha by United States. This was done to honour an eminent Indian American Scientist Akhouri Sinha. He was recognised for his work done as an explorer in 1971-72. He had provided critical data about animal populations in Antarctica.

New Liberal Visa Policy for nationals of Afghanistan on Humanitarian grounds released by India

30.06.2014: New Liberal Visa Policy for nationals of Afghanistan on Humanitarian grounds released by India. Union Home Ministry policy had released these policies. This policy is effective from 1st July 2014. New Policy allows nationals of Afghanistan to stay in India. Besides Afghanistan nationals below 12 years or above 65 years are also granted exemption from police reporting.
