KCET 2014 last date for Payment of Fee extended from 17th March 2014 to 20th March 2014. This examination conducts to have admission for the undergraduate courses such as Engineering/ Technology, Homeopathy, Agricultural and Medicine courses.

Karnataka: KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) is conducting every year by Karnataka Government. This examination conducts to have admission for the undergraduate courses such as Engineering/ Technology, Homeopathy, Agricultural and Medicine courses. As per the notification released last date to apply for this examination is 17th March 2014. But this date was extended. Candidates who are interested to write this examination can apply till 20th March 2014. This examination conducts on 1st May 2014, 2nd May 2014.

To apply for this examination candidates need to pay the fee by sending Demand Draft to the office of KEA. DD should be send along with self address cloth lined envelop. After receiving the demand draft KEA will send the brochure to the students who had send the Demand draft. DD should be drawn in favour of The Executive Director Karnataka Examinations Authority.

Candidates who wish to apply for engineering courses they must appear for Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. On 1st May 2014 exam will be held in Biology and Mathematics. Biology exam will be held between 10.30 AM to 11.50 AM. Mathematics Exam will be held between 2.30 PM to 3.50 PM. On 2nd May 2014 exam will be held in Physics & Chemistry. Physics exam will be held between 10.30 AM to 11.50 AM and Chemistry exam will be held between 2.30 PM to 3.50 PM.

Candidates who were writing this examination need to use only black or blue colour ball pen. In each subject, candidates need to answer 60 objective questions. Duration of this examination is 70 minutes. Each correct answer carries 1 mark. Negative marking is not applicable. For each session of the examination candidates need to affix their left hand thumb impression. Two OMR sheets will be given to the candidates. Duplicate OMR sheet will have to retain with candidates. Original sheet should be submitted to the invigilator.
