Delhi University is conducting Interview for the admission of M.Tech Nuclear Science & Technology programme: Basis is entrance test or JAM 2014

Delhi University is inviting applications for M. Tech Nuclear Science & Technology. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the entrance test conducts by the university or JAM 2014. Apply before 26th April 2014.

Delhi: For the academic year 2014, Delhi University is inviting applications for M. Tech Nuclear Science & Technology. There are two ways to shortlist the candidates for the admission of this programme. One way is based on the M. Sc Physics admission entrance test result and other way is based on JAM 2014 Physics Rank. Shortlisted candidates need to face the interview. Finally candidates will be selected based on the performance show in the interview.

University had released notification regarding this programme. Notification clearly stated the eligibility criteria of this examination. As per this notification, an eligibility criterion is completion of bachelor’s degree in Physics with mathematics as a subject for minimum two semesters or one year. Minimum marks to be secure by the candidates in the bachelors degree is 60 % or equivalent grade by the general category candidates and other candidates except for reserved categories. Minimum marks to be obtained by the reserved category candidates are 55 %.

For short listing of the candidates if B.Sc results were not available then candidates need to provide roll number for entrance test duly issued to the candidate by the concerned department along with the marks obtained till last semester examination. Before apply for the programme it is essential to pass M. Sc admission entrance test 2014 for Physics or JAM 2014. M. Sc admission entrance test 2014 for Physics examination conducts by Delhi University where as JAM 2014 to M. Sc in Physics exam conducts by IITs (Indian Institute of Technology).

Interested and eligible candidates need to apply for this examination through online by visiting the official website of Delhi University. Before starting the registration process it is essential to registrar their mail ID and mobile number with the university and then proceed with the other formalities to complete the process. Closing day to apply for this programme is 26th April 2014 and Interview will be held on 11th July 2014.
