Online Registration for RBI Grade B Officers Written Exam Ends on June 23

Reserve Bank of India recently released notification for recruitment of 117 Grade B officers posts and the last date for submitting online applications if June 23. Candidates are advised to hurry to register their names online on www.rbi.org.in and not to wait till the last date as there will be heavy rush.

New Delhi: RBI will fill 17 Grade B officers through written test. Among the total posts, 58 are allotted to general category, 36 for OBC, 15 for SC and 8 for ST category. Basic pay for these posts is Rs. 21,000 and gross pay will be around Rs. 51,000. The selected candidates will have to work for five days in a week from 10.00 am to 5.30 pm.

Eligibility for applying to RBI Grade B officer posts is pass in degree with sixty percentage or 55% in post graduation. 50% is required for SC/ST and physically handicapped candidates. candidates should have born between 1984 or 1993. Three year age relaxation is given to OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 10 years for physically handicapped candidates.

Candidates who want to apply for RBI Grade B officer posts must register online at www.rbi.org.in. the photos and the signature has to be scanned and uploaded. Candidates need to enter their details such as e-mail ID and phone number carefully. check carefully before submitting the application. Keep the username and password details secretly and do not reveal these to anyone. other details can be obtained from RBI website.

RBI Grade B Officer written test will be conducted in 3 phases. First will be the online exam and those who qualify in the test will be called for Phase-2 descriptive exam. Those who qualify in phase-2 exam will be called for an interview. Those who perform well will be given postings. Phase one written test dates will be conducted on August 2, 3, 9 and 10.
