Polycet is Polytechnic Common Entrance Examination. Last Date is to apply for Polycet 2014 Extended from 28th April 2014 to 3rd May 2014. Exam will be held on 21st May 2014.

Hyderabad: Polycet is Ploytechnic Common Entrance Examination. As per the earlier notification, candidates can apply for this examination till 28th April 2014. But now this date was extended for few more days. Candidates who were interested to write this examination but unable to apply for the same due to several reasons, they were having the opportunity to apply for this examination till 3rd May 2014.

This examination conducts for the admission of Diploma courses. State Board of Technical Education and Training Andhra Pradesh (SBTET AP) use to conduct this examination every year. Interested candidates need to apply for this examination through online mode. Website address provided for this purpose is www.sbtetap.gov.in. Application fee is Rs.350. This amount is to be paid through E-Seva, Mee Seva and AP Online centres.

To apply for this examination minimum education qualification is completion of SSC or its equivalent. Candidates who have passed compartmentally are also eligible to apply for this examination. Examination will be held on 21st May 2014 between 11.00 AM to 1.00 PM. Before applying it is essential to read important instructions. Instructions were available at Booklet. Booklet will be provided along with the Application form.

State Board of Technical Education & Training made all the arrangements to file online application at Various AP online / Helpline centres through payment gate way. Detailed list of these centres is available at http://sbtetap/gov.in website. After successful completion of the application process, exam will be held and after that results will be announced. After the declaration of the results, admission schedule will be given in all the leading news papers. Admission will be given based on the web counselling.
