Mirpur: Team India is full of confidence after winning over Pakistan, West Indies and Bangladesh. India is in good form in both batting and bowling. The spinners are playing a crucial role every win. In all the three matches that the team won, Ashwin, Mishra and Jadeja played a crucial role. Captain Dhoni is utilizing the bowling resources effectively. Aussies is in the semi final race only technically and some miracle has to happen so that the team will be in the first four teams. They have to defeat India by a huge margin. The match will begin at 7.00 pm IST and will be telecasted live in Star Sports 1.

Pakistan and Bangladesh will play the match today before the India and Australia match. If Pakistan wins the match, Australia will be out of the tournament.

India and Australia met in a T20 match on October 10, 2013. Australia scored 201 runs and India chased the target successfully. Yuvraj Singh scored 77 unbeatable runs in 35 balls in that match. But the situation is different now. The only problem Indian Team is facing now is Yuvraj. Though he is an all rounder, he is not in his good form both in bowling and batting.

India and Australia met in T20 world cup matches thrice. India won one match and Aussies won two. Reserve bench players in Indian team are not likely to get a chance even in this match also. Ashwin said that there will not be any changes in the team.

Australia is depending on Maxwell who played good innings in both the earlier matches. The team has many match winners such as Warner, Bailey, Watson and they do not have a strong batting line-up but are failing to play collectively. Bowling is another worrying factor for Australia. The pitches in Bangladesh are favoring spinners and not having a good spin bowler is a big drawback for Australia team.

If India wins the match it will be on top of Group 2. It will play semi-final with the team that is in the second position in Group 1. According to present equation, Sri Lanka is going to be on top of Group 1. India lost the warm up match they played with Australia.
