SSC Junior Engineer Exam Interviews for the Short listed Candidates to start from today Jan 30, 2014

The interview dates has been announced by the Staff Selection Commission for the Junior Engineer Exam 2013. The Junior Engineer written examination was conducted by the Staff Selection Commission on May 26, 2013 at National level for the selection of Junior Engineers.

New Delhi: The recruitment of Junior engineers will be in Central Public Works Department,Central Water Commission and Military Engineering Service. As per the marks scored in the written examination candidates are selected for the interview process.

For various posts engineers will be recruited. For the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) there will be selection of Junior Engineer Civil and Junior Engineer Electrical. For the Military Engineering Service (MES)there will be selection of Junior Engineer Civil,Junior Engineer Mechanical, Junior Engineer Electrical and Junior Engineer Quantity Surveying & Contract. Finally for the Central Water Commission (CWC), Junior Engineer Civil and Junior Engineer Mechanical will be selected.

Interview details:

Central Region - Allahabad and Lucknow: There are 587 candidates for the Interviews which will be from January 30 to February 17

Eastern Region - Kolkata: There are 165 candidates for the Interviews which will be from January 30 to February 3

Karnataka Kerala Region - Bangalore: There are 139 candidates for the Interviews which will be from January 30 to February 3

Madhya Pradesh Region - Raipur: There are 193 candidates for the Interviews which will be from January 30 to February 3

North Eastern Region - Guwahati: There are 14 candidates for the Interviews which on January 30

Northern Region - Delhi: There are 1158 candidates for the Interviews which will be from January 30 to February 15

North Western Region - Chandigarh: There are 106 candidates for the Interviews which will be from January 30 to February 4

Southern Region - Chennai: There are 331 candidates for the Interviews which will be from January 30 to February 11

Western Region - Mumbai: There are 112 candidatesfor the Interviews which will be from January 30 to February 3

On Total there are 2805 candidates who have been selected for the personal interview. Final judgement will be on the basis of written examination marks and PI.
