HP US Website Announced 4 New Android Tablets: New Tablets in Slate Series

HP expanded its tablets range by adding 4 new Android based tablet in Slate series. These were announced on HP US website. These are Slate 7 Plus, Slate 7 Extreme, Slate 8 Pro and Slate 10 HD. these were expected to be launched in November itself but are launched today. two of them come with Nvidia Tegra 4 processor and other two has Marvell and Tegra 3 chip.

HP USA is offering four new Android tablets. These are dubbed as Slate 10 HD, Slate 7 Plus, Slate 7 Extreme and Slate8 Pro. the devices were announced in September this year and it was expected that they would be released in November. due to reasons that are not revealed that tablet are available now.

HP Slate 10 HD tablet can be purchased for $299.99 it sports 10.1 inch display and the display resolution is 1280 x 800 pixels. the tablet is powered by 1.2 GHz Marvel SoC PXA986 ducal core process. the processor is backed by 1 GB RAM. other memory features are 16 GB internal storage and expandable memory using micro SD card. connectivity features include WiFi and mirror SD. It comes equipped with 5 megapixel primary camera and 2 megapixel front facing camera. 7000 mAh battery is under the hood.

HP Slate 7 Plus comes with 7 inch display. it is powered by Nvidia Tegra 3 processor and is backed by 1 GB RAM. it comes with 8 GB internal stooge and 32 GB expandable memory. The tablet runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system it supports WiFi connectivity. There is 5 megapixel primary camera and 0.3 megapixel front facing camera. It can be purchased for $149.99.

HP Slate 7 Extreme comes with 7 inch display. The display resolution is 1280 x 800 pixels. The tablet comes with WFi connectivity and is powered by 1.8 GHz Nividia 4 A 15 processor. it runs on Android 4.2.2. Jelly bean operating system. memory features include 1 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage and 32 GB expandable memory. It has 5 megapixel primary camera and VGA front facing camera. There is 4100 mAh battery under the hood. The price of HP Slate 7 Extreme is $199.99.

HP Slate 8 Pro is priced $329.99. This WiFi tablet comes with 8 inch display. It is powered by 1.8 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 4 A15 chip backed by 1 GB RAM. the display resolution is 1600 x 1200 pixels. it comes equipped with 8 megapixel camera and there is also front facing camera. the battery under the hood is 5680 mAh battery. apart from 1 GB RAM, other memory features are 32 GB expandable memory using micro SD card slot and 16 GB of internal storage.
