BSNL Prepaid Akarsh Scheme: BSNL Rs. 304 New Special Tariff Voucher
BSNL introduced a new prepaid plan Akarsh for 2G and 3G prepaid customers in AP. A special Rs. 304 tariff voucher is also introduced by the company. On the purchase of this special voucher, users can get 30 minutes free for talktime for all local and STD calls per day and the validity of this is 30days.
Hyderabad: BSNL introduced a new scheme to attract the customers. The company launched a new pre paid tariff plan in the Andhra Pradesh circle. It announced Rs. 304 special tariff vouchers for 2G and 3G networks. This plan is called Akarsh. In Akarsh plan charges of local and STD calls to all networks is 33 paisa and for all local, STD SMSes, the charge is 10 paisa.
BSNL also informed that by recharging with Rs. 304 special tariff plan voucher, the users can get thirty minutes free talk time for all local, STD calls to any network for one month. the offnet free talktime related to Rs. 135, Rs. 185 and Rs. 399 plans is also increase. Offnet free talk time for Rs. 135 plan is increased to 150 minutes from 125 minutes; for Rs. 185 plan the talktime is increased from 175 to 225. For Rs. 399 STV plan, the offnet free talktime is increased to 525 minutes from 375 minutes.
BSNL is also concentrating on expansion of 4G services. After the completion of 2G to 3G upgrade phase, the company will concentrate on 4G expansion. In recent times, the company developed towers for 3G services in various places including in Vijayawada. Once the conversion of 2G to 3G is completed, these will be technically developed to suit 4G services.
Akarsh prepaid mobile plan is available on regular plans with lowest tariff plans. This is available with effect from October 30. Earlier plan introduced by BSNL was Nestham plan which offered free monthly SMS for family and friends.

- Voice call charges are 33ps/min for any network for all local and STD calls
- Video call charges are Rs.0.7 per minute for all local calls for any network
- Rs. 1 minute for STD calls for any network
- SMS charges are 10 ps/SMS for all local and national numbers
- Data usage charges are 2ps/10KB
- Validity of the offer is 180 days
