Umaid Bhawan Palace is located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. This was built by Maharaja Umaid Singh. It is one of the world’s largest private residences. This palace serves as principle residence to Jodhpur Royal Residence. This palace was built with the intension to provide employment opportunity to the people at the time of famine. Other name of this palace is Chittar Palace.

Museum of this palace remains open between 9 AM to 5 PM. This museum focuses on 20th century history of Jodhpur Royal Family. Other division of this palace is Gallery.
