Amazon Fire Phone with 4.7 inch Display, Quad Core Processor is priced $199: Coming Soon to India

Amazon the largest online retailer in e-commere sector entered into mobile phone production. It launched its first 3D smartphone ‘Fire Phone’ to compete with the likes of Apple iPhone and Samsung’s Galaxy S Phone.

New York: Highlight of Amazon’s mobile phone is ‘Fire Fly’ feature. This feature can be used to identify boos, games and CDs. Lakhs of songs and photos can be stored in cloud store through Amazon web service. Amazon is working on Fire Phone since few years and launched the handset in SITEL market on June 18.

Amazon Fire Phone comes with 4.7 inch display and the resolution is 720 p. It is powered by 2.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and Adreno 330 GPU. The processor is backed by 2 GB RAM. There is 13 megapixel primary camera. This phone will be available on two year contact with AT&T for $199 and will soon be launched in India also. It run son Amazon Fire operating system version 3.5, which is based on Android. It has 2400 mAh Li-ion battery under the hood and gives a talk time of 22 hours. It is offered with 32 or 64 GB internal storage options. There is no facility to add extra storage.
