Delhi: On 25th May 2014, JEE Advanced Examination was conducted successfully. This examination was held by IIT Kharagpur. Across India this examination was held in 99 centres. Around 1.5 lakh candidates had appeared for this examination. Answer keys of this examination will be announced on 1st June 2014. After announcing the answer keys board will not take much time to announce the results. Results will be announced on 19th June 2014.

After completion of the examination, several institution directors and students had stated that when compared with the previous year difficulty level of the paper is high. Not a single question comes from the previous year question paper. Very few candidates had stated that examination papers are easy.

One of the students whose name is Sandhya had stated that Paper I is average but paper II is so difficult. Few students from Bangalore had stated that from the previous year question paper there is no repetitional questions. Mathematics section of the paper is tough where as Chemistry paper is easy. Most of the students had stated that first paper is difficult while compared with the second paper.

One of the surprising and shocking thing is to see in the examination paper is that there is no negative marking. In MAMCQ’s process if students got marks continuously for 2 right answers and if he do not attempt 3rd question then he will get zero. Only advantage in this case is that there is no negative marking.

It is expecting that this year cut off marks will be less. Though almost all the students do well in the examination, some of the questions find uncommon factual in the Chemistry paper. Some of the students find the Physics question paper is lengthy. Very few students had stated that Paper I is lengthy and Paper II is having tough questions. In paper II this time there are 3 passages which were having 2 questions multiple choice single correct answers. Where as in the last year there are 4 passages.
