Creating a buzz in the world of smartphones, Sony Xperia E and galaxy s duos S7562 have been recently launched by the two major players in phone market.

New Delhi:- Sony xperia and Samsung, both being known for quality smartphones have battling for the widest customer base due to their amazing features and brand names.

Operating system:- Sony xperia e supports a Android OS, v4.1 (Jelly Bean) , whereas Samsung galaxy s duos s7562 supports Android OS, v4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich.

Processor:- Sony xperia e runs on 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon. On the other hand, Samsung galaxy runs a 1 GHz cortex A5 processor and contains Qualcomm MSM7227A Snapdragon chipset.

Memory:- Sony xperia e has a 512mb RAM , a 4GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 32 GB. Samsung galaxy s duos on the other hand, has an internal memory 4 GB again its expandable up to 32 GB, with 786mb RAM.

Battery:- Sony Xperia E has a battery of Li-Ion 1530 mAh , whereas Samsung galaxy too has similar, if not less battery backup.

Camera:- Sony xperia e comes with a 3.2 MP camera whereas Samsung galaxy s duos s7562 comes with a 5MP auto focus camera.

Screen:-Sony xperia e has a capacitive TFT of 3.5 inch size with a 320 x 480 resolution is the display whereas, Samsung duos s comes with a TFT capacitive touch screen of 4 inch size with 480 x 800 px resolution rendering.

Verdict:- Sony Xperia E’s complaint is with its user interface which seem to be sluggish and slow. But the important apps that are installed in the phone makes up for it. Samsung Galaxy Duos phone is cost effective for a dual sim. Good battery life is a plus making it a right choice for people who like to game. However for a low budget buy and for the people who seek a phone with basic Android version, Sony Xperia could be cost effective and can be recommended as a wise purchase.
