Reliance Communication Outlets to Sell Apple iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C from November 2
Apple is going to launch iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C in India tomorrow. India is the last country to receive the handsets. Reliance Communications will be selling these handset in their outlets from November 2. Both the handsets run on iOS 7 operating system.
New Delhi: Apple is going to launch iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C in India tomorrow. These handsets will be sold though Reliance communications outlets across the country. The smartphones will also be available on Reliance World Stores from 2nd November, 2013.
Apple iPhone 5S comes with 4 inch display. The display resolution is 640 x 1136 pixels. The physical dimensions of the handset are 123.8 x 58.6 x 7.6 mm. the handset weighs 112 grams. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. It is powered by 1.3 GHz Cyclone dual core processor along with PowerVR G6430. The processor is combined with 1 GB RAM. The handset is offered with 16 GB, 32GB and 64 GB internal storage options. However there is no card slot for expansion of memory. The device comes loaded with iOS 7 operating system which can be upgraded to iOS 7.0.3. It comes equipped with 8 megapixel primary camera and front facing 1.2 megapixel camera. Connectivity features of the handset include GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth and micro USB. It comes packed with non removable Li-Po 1560 mAh battery.
The other Apple handset that will be officially launched in India along with iPhone 5S is the iPhone 5C. This comes with 4 inch display. The display resolution is 640 x 1136 pixels and the type of display is capacitive touchscreen. The physical dimensions of the handset are 124.4 x 59.2 x 9 mm. It weighs 132 grams. iPhone 5C is powered by 1.3 GHz Swift dual core processor along with PowerVR SGX543MP3. Accelerometer, proximity, gyro and compass sensors can be found. Like iPhone 5S, this handset also comes with 1 GB RAM and is offered in 16 and 32 GB internal storage options. it comes with 8 megapixel primary camera and 1.2 megapixel front facing camera. The handset comes with iOS 7 operating system out of the box and can be upgraded to iOS 7.0.3. The battery under the hood is non removable Li-Po 1510 mAh battery.
