They will have to provide the details of the mobile handset that they want to exchange. Snapdeal will call the customers and know the details and also send them Rs. 200 gift coupon to send the old phone. After receiving the phone, new Nokia Lumia 925 will be delivered to the customers. Snapdeal says this is only a limited period offer and the condition is that the old phone is in working condition. It should be couriered along with accessories and charger to Snapdeal.
