PGPMX is post graduate program specially designed for working executives. IIM Indore is offering this course and is inviting applications. Applications for this program must be submitted before September 16.
Indore: PGPMX (Post Graduate Program in Management for Executives Modular) is specially designed for entrepreneurs and working executives who wants to become creators of innovative solutions and to become efficient leaders in their organisations. Classes will be conduct on the weekend as executives and entrepreneurs do not have time to do the course on regular basis. Certificate will be issued by IIM Indore.
Content of this course will be same as regular management courses. Value levels will not degrade. More practical experience can experience can be gained during attending the classes. How to face different problems in the organisations, with the faculty will be taught practically. Main aim of this course is to take out the skills of the persons and to increase the knowledge by utilising the skills. How to compete with other organisations and how to become leader also can be learned here.
Experienced faculty will be provided. Course includes simulations, Management games, assignments, presentations, seminars, role play, term paper, Project work, Case discussions, and lectures. Program is divided in to 6 terms of 4 months each. Each term consists of 8 to 9 modules. In Total there are 54 weekend sessions. Classes will conduct on Fridays and Saturdays. Every week candidates have to participate 15 to 25 hours outside the class room on their assignment and study material. Practical part will be more rather than the theoretical part.
