iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus with Android iOs 8 and Apple A8 Chip Launched in California

Much awaited iPhone 6 is unveiled. The device was launched in California, America in an event by Apple. Tim Cook launched iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus models and these work on iOS 8, the latest operating system.

California: iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus comes with 6.9 mm and 7.1 mm thickness respectively. these come with meta bodies and curved ends. These handsets are powered by A8 chip which is designed by Apple.

Compared to the first generation of iPhones, the processing power speed of the latest iPhone due to A8 chip is 50 times more. Presently 13 lakh Apps are made available for the handset. it also features NFC and a WiFi chip that works 3 times faster than iPhone 5S. Fitness apps also come loaded. Apple iPhone 6 and iPhone 5S can be purchased from America, Canada, Britain, France, Germany, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan from September 18.

iPhone 6 will come with a starting price of $199 in Us and iPhone 6 Plus will come for $299 with two year contract. It will be launched in 115 countries by the end of 2014. iPhone 6 will be offered in silver, grey and gold color options.

iPhone 6 will come with a display screen of 4.7 inches. display resolution is 750 x 1334 pixels. Pixel density is 326 ppi. It is powered by Apple A8 processor and the internal storage provided is 16 GB. it features 8 megapixel primary camera with flash and 1.2 megapixel front facing camera. it comes loaded with ions 8.0. iPhone 6 supports WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity. The handset comes with supports to single nano-SIM.

iPhone 6 Plus comes with5.5 inch display and the resolution of the display is 1080 x 1920 pixels. Pixel density is 401 ppi. Physical dimensions of the handset are 158.10 x 77.80 x 7.10 mm and it weighs 172 grams. It runs on iOs 8 operating system and is powered by Apple A8 chip. Other key features of the device are 8 megapixel camera at rear with flash and 1.2 megapixel front facing camera at rear. It supports WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity. Other features are 3.5 mm headphones, micro USB charging, single nano-SIM, proximity, accelerometer, gyroscope, ambient light, gyroscope and barometer sensors.
