Blackberry Q10 Price Drop: Q10 Offered for Rs. 38,990 till January 26

Blackberry Q10 is now available with 13% discount on its launching price. Q10 can now be purchased for a discounted price of Rs. 38,990. The handset is already available on e-commerce sites for this price. BlackBerry says that this offer is valid till January 26.

New Delhi: Blackberry Q10 smartphone was launched for a price of Rs. 44,990. Blackberry reduced the price of this handset by 13 percent and is offering it with a price tag of Rs. 38,990. Customers can purchase the handset for discounted price till 26^th January, 2014. Earlier, Blackberry also offered Z10 smartphone for discounted price.

Blackberry said in a press release that it is committed towards Indian market and wants their brand to reach more number of customers. Q10 comes with QWERTY keypad and it has much number of loyalists. This is for the lovers of QWERTY keypad and they can get benefit from this price drop offered by the company.

Blackberry Q10 is already available on e-commerce sites such as Flipkart and Amazon for Rs. 37.990 and Rs. 38,999. Though Blackberry says that price reduction is only for a limited period, going through the prices the device is being offered on other e-commerce sites, it is not likely that the company will raise the price after January 26, 2014.

To remind the specifications, BlackBerry Q10 comes with a display of 3.1 inches. The display resolution is 720 x 720 pixels. Pixel density is 328 ppi. Display type is super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. The handset runs on BlackBerry 10 operating system and is powered by 1.5 GHz Krait dual core Cortex A9 Snapdragon S4 processor and Adreno 225. It has accelerometer, proximity, gyro and compass sensors. The processor is complimented by 2 GB RAM. Internal storage provided is 16 GB and memory can be expanded up to 64 GB via micro SD card slot. Connectivity features of the handset include WiFi, Bluetooth and NFC. It has 8 megapixel primary camera and 2 megapixel front facing camera. The battery under the hood is Li-ion 2100 mAh battery.
