Second place is occupied by Dilma Rousseff, the Brazilian President. Third place was attained by Melinda Gates. She is the co-chairman of the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation.

Temperature ranges between 2000 C to 2800 C in day time which is too hot. This hot cannot support any form of life.
In World Prosperity Index, India slips to 106th position
31.10.2013: India has slipped by 5 places and reached to 106th position way below neighbouring Bangladesh, Srilanka, China, and Nepal in world Prosperity Index, due largely to its poor safety and security environment. In the prosperity index of 142 countries complied by London based Legatum Institute, India dropped from 101st Position last year while Norway continues to remain at the top.
