Verizon Again Lists HTC Droid DNA
New York: HTC Droid DNA was not visible on the Verizon website since a few days. This lead to lot of speculations which said that Droid DNA will be replaced by HTC One on Verizon. It was expected to be called Droid DNA Plus. Verizon adds the word Droid to all its devices.
But now Droid DNA is again appearing on Verizon website. The droid DNA is now appearing with a new product ID 6691. It was 6103 earlier. This may be because Verizon is updating the database to make way for DNA. Verizon has not given any official statement about this. The device is still available on Verizon with two year contract and it can be purchased for a price of $199.99.
It is not known why Verizon took off HTC Droid DNA from the site. Sales representatives even informed that the device is retired to make way for an upcoming device. But it is not known whey the carrier again changed it decision and is showing the available status of the handset. It is expected that the reasons behind this only restock issue that got resolved quickly. Does this mean that HTC One will not appear on Verizon?
