Audi A3 to be unveiled on 27th March
New Delhi: Audi is all set for the launch of A3 sedan in the global market and it is expected to reach the Indian market soon after launch in the international market.
As per the information, Sarah Toycen – the Spokesperson from Audi has stated in connection with the upcoming A3 “The car will not be moved to the convention center for the press or public days as the worldwide reveal is in Shanghai two weeks after New York” as reported by the Blogs.Cars.Com.
The brand new A3 from Audi is reported to be developed basing on the MQB platform which has got huge reputation in the global luxury car market. It is informed that Audi India is very keen about the launch of A3 sedan in the domestic market by keeping the increasing demand for luxury cars in the country in mind.
Audi A3 has been offered with 7 unique engine specifications globally and the total length of the vehicles is just 4.4 meters. A teaser picture has been unveiled by Audi which seems like that of A3 Sedan and thus excitement has grown much bigger in the minds of car lovers who are waiting for the launch of this upcoming luxury sedan. The different engine specifications of the A3 sedan are
- 1.4 liter TFSI engine that generates 125 hp
- 1.8 liter TFSI engine that generates 160 hp
- 2.0 liter TFSI engine that generates 200 hp
- 1.6 liter TDI engine that generates 90 hp
- 1.6 liter TDI engine that generates 105 hp
- 2.0 liter TDI engine that generates 140 hp
- 2.0 liter TDI engine that generates 170 hp
It is expected that the A3 sedan will give a tough fight for the rival models of same class such as Skoda Superb, Toyota Camry, and Volkswagen Passat etc. It is expected to be unveiled officially on 27th of this March but no official announcement has been made by the Manufacturer.
