South Central Railway to Run Special Trains for Diwali
Hyderabad: South Central Railway is to run special trains to meet the rush of passengers during Diwali festival. Twelve special trains will be run for the convenience of the passengers to go their native places. These trains will run from 5th November to 18th November in Hyderabad-Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad-Bangalore, Aurangabad-Tirupati routes. This was informed by South central Railway on 21st September, 2012. The details of the trains are given below.
Train no. 07148 Hyderabad – Visakhapatnam Special: This service will leave Hyderabad on 9th and 16th November at 7.30 pm and reach Visakhapatnam the next day at 8.30 pm. From Visakhapatnam the train begins on 10th and 17th November at 7.05 pm.
Train no. 07128 Hyderabad – Santragachi Special: This train will leave Hyderabad on 5th November, 2012 at 9.50 pm and reach Santragachi on 7th November at 2.50 am. It begins its return journey on the same day at 9.30 am.
Train no. 07405 Aurangabad-Tirupati special: This special train leaves for Aurangabad on 9th November, 2012 at 6.40 pm and reach Tirupati the next day at 7.00 pm. From there it will start to Aurangabad at 9.15 pm on the same day.
Train no. 07685 Kachiguda – Bangalore special: This special service introduced for Diwali by South Central Railway will leave from Kachiguda on 10th and 17th November at 10.00 pm, 2012 and reach Bangalore the next day at 12.45 pm. From there it leaves for Hyderabad on 11th and 18th November at 1.45 pm.
South Central Railway has changed the timings of many trains. Secunderabad – Pune – Secunderabad Satabdi express, Nizamabad – Kachiguda DEMU passenger, Manoharabad – Secunderabad DEMU passenger, Secunderabad – Medchal passenger, Kachiguda – Bodhan passenger are among the services, timings of which are changed.
