Seminar Information ...

An exhibition of geophysical and allied instruments and state-of-the-art software will be organized during the seminar.  Exhibits will cover all sectors of the exploration industry, from minerals and petroleum to engineering and the environment. A wide range of publications of AEG and other institutions will also be exhibited. The Unit space available for the exhibitor is 3mx 3m.

 There will be a Best Exhibitor Award which will be decided by the panel.

Industry sponsored workshops preceding the seminar will be organised concurrently during 6 - 7 November, 2006. Some of the themes include

• Environmental Geosciences

• Processing and Presentation of Resistivity Images

            ONGC-AEG Award for the Best Ph.D Theses for the years 2004 & 2005 will be presented during the Inaugural function of the seminar. 

Rules and Application Form

Essay Competitions are organized to School children of 8^th,9^th and 10^th classes to create awareness amongst school going children about our Mother Earth.  For details contact AEG Secretariat.
