Vikram Pawah is the New Managing Director of Harley Davidson’s India Operations

22.9.2015: Vikram Pawah is appointed as the managing director of Harley Davidson India operations with immediate effect.  Earlier managing director of the company Anoop Prakash is now the MD of the company in Canada.  Pawah has good experience in auto industry. He also served as assistant vice president and operating head sales, Honda Cars India Ltd.

Richie Richardson Appointed to Elite Panel of ICC Match Referees

22.9.2015: Richie Richardson is appointed by the International Cricket Council to the ICC match referee panel.  This former West Indies cricket is now the team manager for West Indies.  A match is going to play against Australia on 3rd January, 2016 by West Indies which is going to be the last match for Richie Richardson as the team manager.  Richardson is going to replace Roshan Mahanama in the Elite panel who is stepping down in this month.

Bermuda Cricketer Jason Anderson Banned for Life

22.9.2015: Bermuda cricketer Jason Anderson is banned for life.  In a match where Anderson was representing Cleveland Country Cricket Club, he incited an ugly brawl.  Anderson, who was wicket keeping even kicked the batsman of opposite team.

India Wushu Team won 12 Medals at Pas International Cup

22.2015: India Wushu team won 12 medals at the Pas International cup event held in Tehran.  The team won one gold, four silver and seven bronze medals.  India team won two silver and three bronze medals in the previous edition of the cup.

Nepal Declares Cow as the National Animal

22.9.2015: Nepal declared cow as their national animal. Nepal is a Hindu country and as everyone knows, Cow is very sacred for Hindus. By announcing Cow as the national animal, it will now have the constitutional protection and cow slaughter is now banned.

Ambuja Cement Banned in Jammu and Kashmir

22.9.2015: Jammu and Kashmir government banned the sale of Ambuja Cement in their state.  This decision was announced after it was found that the company is selling the cement bags which are underweight and also for different prices in different regions.
