iBall Andi Avonte 5 with Rotating Camera, 5 inch Display Launched in India for Rs. 5,999

IBall expanded its Andi series by adding a new smartphone dubbed as Avonte 5. Avonte 5 is a 5 inch smartphone and will be offered with a price tag of Rs. 5,999. Highlight of the device is the 8 megapixel rotating camera.

Kolkata: iBall Andi Avonte 5 is a 5 inch display smartphone with 480 x 854 pixel resolution. The handset is powered by quad core processor whose clock speed is 1.3 GHz. The processor is backed by 1 GB RAM and the in-built storage is 8 GB. There is facility to expand memory up to 32 GB via micro SD. There is 8 megapixel rotating camera with dual flash. The handset is loaded with Android 4.4 Kitkat operating system. Apart from other connectivity features it also supports 3G. Other features include 3.5 mm headphones, FM radio and dual SIM. There are proximity, ambient light and accelerometer sensors. Battery under the hood is 2150 mAh battery.

iBall Andi Avonte 5 smartphone comes with support to 21 regional languages. It will be made available in the country in the coming month. Sandeep Parasrampuria, director of iBall said that the new handset with 180 degree rotating camera offers superb features and is one of the best camera phones that is available for a price below Rs. 6,000 in India.
