15.06.2015: E-commerce giant Snapdeal announced that it had acquired Letsgomo Labs, the mobility solutions company. This is to improve the mobile technology capabilities, the company said. Letsgomo Labs was founded by Vikas and Manav and offers mobility solutions such as conceptualization of apps, building mobile strategies and so on.

World ASEAN Dengue Day Observed

15.06.2015: June 15th of every year is observed as ASEAN Dengue day. This was launched by Association of Southeast Asian Nations and World health Organization in 2011. Theme of Dengue day of 2015 is ‘Dengue is everybody’s concern, causing socio-economic burden, but it is preventive.

Union Government Launches a Website to Connect Employers and Job Seekers

15.06.2015: Union government of India launched a website to connect job seekers and employers. The website was launched by Union minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Kalraj Mishra. The website eex.dcmsme.gov.in allows job seekers to register their names in the site.

Ministry of Railway to Decide Suvidha Trains

15.06.2015: Suvidha trains are going to run in peak seasons like festivals and other special occasions. The decision was taken by Railway Ministry. There will be no waiting list and only RAC tickets will be issued. No discounts will be offered to the customers. Advance reservation period is minimum 10 days and the maximum is 30 days. Irrespective of the age, all passengers will be charged full adult fare.

Free Pan India Roaming Scheme Launched by BSNL

15.06.2015: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, BSNL launched free pan India roaming scheme. BSNL customers can now receive incoming calls across the country without the need to pay additional call charges. This scheme will help nearly 7.72 crore existing subscribers and also the new subscribers.

AIPMT 2015 Cancelled by Supreme Court

15.06.2015: Supreme Court cancelled the All India Pre Medical Test 2015 and asked the Central board of Secondary Education to re conduct it. The test is going to be conducted within one month as per the order of the Supreme Court. Cases were filed by students about irregularities in AIMPT 2015 and it is also said that answer keys were leaked.
