YU Televentures, subsidiary of Micromax came up with its second smartphone for the Indian markets. Dubbed as Yu Yuphoria, it will be offered for Rs. 6,999. The handset comes with metal frame around the body. This handset also supports 4G connectivity which is one of the highlight of the device. It also has an antenna that is place on gold plated spring.

New Delhi: Micromax Yu Yuphoria comes with 5 inch display and the resolution of the display is 720 x 1280 pixels. The display type is TFT IPs which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. The handset is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor whose clock speed is 1.2 GHz. The processor is paired with 2 GB RAM and internal storage is 16 GB. This dual SIM mobile phone features 8 megapixel primary camera and 5 megapixel front facing camera. The handset comes with 3G, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity support. Yuphoria comes out of the box with Cyanogen operating system 12 which is based on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. Other features are 3.5 mm headphones, FM radio and micro USB charging. It gets its juices from 2230 mAh battery.
