Gionee launched new handset in S series at Mobile World Congress 2015. Gionee Elife S7 sports 5.7 inch display and the resolution is 1920 x 1080 pixels. Pixel density is 424 ppi. the handset is powered by MediaTek MT6572 octa core processor whose clock speed is 1.7 GHz.

Barcelona: The processor of Gionee Elife S7 is backed by 2 GB RAM and the internal storage provided is 16 GB. Memory can be expanded up to 128 GB via micro SD. The handset features 13 megapixel primary camera and there is also 8 megapixel front facing camera on board. The handset runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system. It supports WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth and 3G. This is a dual SIM mobile phone. Battery under the hood is 2750 mAh.

Gionee Elife S7 is going to be made available in white, blue, pink and black color options. It will come with a price tag of US $ 448. According to reliable sources, the handset is going to be launched in India in the first week of April.
