Sonakshi Sinha In Drushyam Remake In Bollywood

Sonakshi Sinha and Ajay Devgn will be once again pairing together in remake of south super hit movie Drushyam.

Mumbai: Successful movie Drushyam went into many regional languages and proved its success. The original version (in Malayalam) came from Jeetu Joseph and had Mohanlal & Meena in the lead roles.

After the super success of the Malayalam version, the original script by Jeetu Joseph got support from Tollywood makers. While Venkatesh replaced Mohanlal in Telugu version, Meena continued her role in Telugu version as well. The Telugu version got Srividya as successful director handling the megaphone for the remake project. The movie enjoyed super success at Tollywood as well.

Immediately Kannada production company E4 Entertainments the story under direction of P Vasu to Karnataka. V Ravichandran & Navya Nayar played the lead roles of the story. Music maestro Ilayaraja composed the music for the Kannada version.

Kamal Haasan & Gautami took the lead to bring the movie to Taminadu with the original director Jeetu Joseph handling the megaphone. M Ghibran is composing the music for Tami version where the movie is titled ‘Papanasam’ and the cast and technicians are quite confident that the Tamil version will be equally successful.

After south regional languages, now is the turn of Bollywood to take the story to North India and also word-over. Hindi version completed pre-production works doing necessary amendments to suit the original story to Bollywood nativity.

Action hero Ajay Devgn will be once again seen with gorgeous Sonakshi Sinha as lead roles in the Hindi version. While their earlier association in ‘Action Jackson’ (with Prabhu Deva handling the megaphone) could not go as expected at the box office, the lead roles are confident of success of their new project (Drushyam).

While Nishikant will be handling the megaphone for the project details about other cast and technicians is yet to be declared. The shooting of the movie is scheduled to commence from 2^nd week of this month and the Hindi version of Drushyam will come before the audience in October this year.

Drushyam proved that good story is bound to enjoy success without limitation of lanauges.
