Mahesh Babu New Movie Having Specialities
Mahesh Babu is working with hit director Koratala Shiva and the movie is progressing at brisk space.
Hyderabad: Mahesh Babu’s career graph last year did not contain any successes worth mentioning. He had 2 releases and both of them proved to be giving negative results for this prince hero.
While he had ‘No.1 Nenokkadine’ with Sukumar in the beginning of last year, his subsequent release Aagadu (with director Sreenu Vytla) came before the audience during Dasara and both the movies gave lot of dis-satisfaction to the hero and his fans as well.
After considering many aspects, Mahesh started working with Koratala Shiva for his next month having Sreemanthudu as working title. The director proved him successful with his debut movie Mirchi (with young rebel in the lead role). Shruti Hasan (item girl in his earlier movie Aagadu) is now heroine for Mahesh Babu in his next movie. Shruti has been able to grab more and more opportunities in south and Bollywood as well and is one of the busiest heroines as on date.
The movie is having important role (mother of hero). The names that were considered for the role -included that of Nadia (who started her 2nd innings in Tollywood with movie Mirchi incidentally coming from Koratala Shiva), Gracy Singh (one of the 2 heroines in Nagarjuna’s Santhosham).
There were reports that the director and hero wanted to give variety entertainment to the audience and for this they wanted to rope in senior Bollywood heroines Sridevi or Madhuri Dixit. Now there is a final report that Sukanya will be playing the mother of hero Mahesh in the movie.
While Jagapathi will be father of hero Mahesh in the movie, Sukanya will be mother of hero. Actually these two senior artistes (Jagapathi & Sukanya) did successful movie ‘Peddarikam’ in 1990’s and the movie received good response from the audience (presence of veteran actress Bhanumathi added to the success of the movie).
Continuing the trend of item songs, Mahesh movie will also have an item song. This time the opportunity went to Poorna (fame for movies like Avunu & its sequel).
Other important roles in the movie have seniors like Rajendraprasad, Brahmanandam etc and the music scoring by DSP is an added advantage that can add to the success of the movie.
