Mercedes Benz C Class Launched for Rs. 40.9 lakhs – Tackles BMW 3 Series, Audi A4 and Volvo S60

Mercedes has revealed brand new edition of the C Class sedan in the Indian market with a bang and the model is now available for sale across all authorized dealership showrooms across the country. The new C Class sedan comes with an exclusive piece of design, wide number of premium features and upgraded performance along with an affordable price. Mercedes is offering the new C Class sedan for just Rs. 40.9 lakhs in the Indian market.

The all new C Class sedan measures around 4686 mm of length, 1810 mm of width and 1442 mm of height. The sedan weighs around 1545 kilograms only and it is having a larger wheel base of around 2840 mm. The manufacturer has concentrated on the safety measures appreciably and features such as Anti Slip regulator, hill start assist system, rear parking camera and PRE – SAFE system are examples for the same. Disk brakes on the front as well as on the rear improve the handling and suspension system of the vehicle is also pretty impressive.

It interprets a new standard in modern luxury. The new C Class comes to the starting line with qualities usually reserved for higher class automobiles ecologically, technologically and also with regard to comfort and driving pleasure. It embodies modern automotive luxury and has all the prerequisites to be a success story.

C Class sedan comes powered with a 2.0 litre inline four cylinder turbo charged engine that is capable of generating around 181 bhp power at the peak along with 300 Nm of torque. Engine is mated to a 7 speed dual clutch transmission and it can sprint 100 kmph speed from rest within 7.3 sec only.
