Yamaha SZ – RR V2.0 launched for Rs. 65.3K – Tackles Hero Ignitor, Bajaj Pulsar, Honda CB Unicors, Trigger and TVS Apache

Yamaha India has already launched the 2.0 Version variants of its well reputed commuter bikes such as FZ – S, Fazer and FZ about few weeks ago. Now the manufacturer has come up with the new edition SZ – RR with the advanced technology that was seen on the other 2.0 variants. Yamaha is likely to offer the new SZ – RR 2.0 in the Indian market for a starting price of Rs. 65,300 only.

Revised styling of the upgraded SZ – RR is pretty impressive and there is no doubt in saying that it could attract the majority of youth in the domestic market. Powered with the Blue Core Technology, the new SZ – RR is going to be more powerful and efficient than the outgoing edition. The former edition of the model was powered with a 153 CC engine that produced around 12.1 PS power at the peak along with 12.8 Nm of torque. The new edition of the model comes fitted with a 149 CC engine adopted from the FZ – Fi that could produce the same power output as the previous edition. A five speed manual gear box is going to be the only transmission option. The new edition is going to be offered in three vivid colors – Red Dash, Ivory White and Green Arrow respectively.

Mr. Roy Kurian, the Vice President for Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt. Ltd. has stated in connection with the launch “It is our pleasure to be launching the all new SZ – RR version 2.0 this festive season at the closing ceremony of our successful endeavour of Mission 10000km.
