Andhra Pradesh to set up Capital within 5 years

25.10.2014: Andhra Pradesh to set up Capital within 5 years spread over 30,000 acres. For this land will be collected through Land Pooling System. If land owners refuse to give the land government will select the option of Land acquisition. This responsibility will be taken by district collectors, ministers and local legislators. It was decided that an additional incentive of Rs.25000 per acre, escalating at 5% rate per year, for 10 years or till the first transaction, would be given to each land owner.
