Shruti Hasan Losing Clarity In Her Career
Shruti Hasan is one of the beautiful actresses from South busy in many movies in regional and Hindi languages.
Hyderabad: South beauty Shruti Hasan entered movie career as daughter of Kamal Hasan. After portraying some average and flop movies in Telugu & Tamil (like 7th Sense & 3 etc) she got the title ‘iron leg’ because of her successive failures.
She got a jackpot offer to act opposite Pawan Kalyan in his Gabbar Singh. The grand success of the movie turned her luck and she started getting the name of ‘golden leg’ erasing her bad earlier image of ‘iron leg’. She could garner further successful movies like Yevadu, Race Gurram (both with mega heroes).
After respectable success in south, Shruti ventured into Hindi movies with Ramayya Vastavayya (remake of super hit Telugu movie Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana with Siddharth & Trisha). The Hindi remake had Prabhu Deva as the director. She simultaneously acted in another telugu movie with Jr. NTR with the same title. While the Hindi film became hit, the Telugu movie recorded average talk at the box office.
Her ‘D-Day’ is another movie highlighting the under-cover operations between India & Pakistan. The movie despite having senior artistes like Rishi Kapoor became hit for wrong reasons.
Seeing her huge success rate, Shruti was given an opportunity for an item song in Mahesh Babu’s Aagadu with Sreenu Vytla as the director. The recently released teaser of the item song showing the hero Mahesh & item song Shruti is attracting more viewers on the net.
Despite the success provided by Telugu film industry, Shruti is tilting more towards Bollywood and she is busy presently acting in as many as 5 Hindi movies (Tevar, Gabbar, Welcome Back, Rocky Handsome, Yaara) & 1 Tami movie (Pooja with Vishal). She is not presently having any Telugu movies under production or pre-production stage.
