Singham Returns: Another Blockbuster In Pipeline

Ajay Devgn’s new movie Singham Returns is reported to be the biggest opener. This remake from Ajay is expected to be another blockbuster in pipeline.

Mumbai: Ajay Devgn proved once again lucky with his new movie Singham Returns. The directorial magic of Rohit Shetty proved successful.

The much awaited and hit combination of Kareena & Ajay Devgan has been continuing for the past 5 movies. Their first screen pair started with Omkara way back in 2006 and continued in hit social movies like Golmaal Returns, Golmaal3 and also in political drama film Satyagraha by Prakash Jha.

Ajay Devgn has been able to find many of his successes through remakes (with exception of Himmatwala). Ajay got hits like Sunday, Son of Sardar, Singham & now the latest hit Singham Returns and stories for all these remakes are coming from super hit south movies. Of late, Ajay is anxiously and eagerly waiting for success as his latest movies like HImmatwala & Satyagraha did not fare well at the box office. Now with the Singham Returns Ajay Devgn is happier once again.

Kareena Kapoor Khan enjoyed grand success in 2012 with her ‘Heroine’ with Madhur Bhandarkar as the director. After that Kareena is eager for success.

Director Rohit Shetty has been famous for one film at a time (during the period 2006 till 2014 he had only 9 movies and most of them proved to be successful).

The directorial ability, the action sequences by Ajay combined with the glamour of Kareena and the story strength from south enabled the movie collect Rs.92.00 crores domestic collections in the first 4 days of its release and the movie is very much on its way to reach higher levels.

The successful hero Ajay Devgn has his next movies like Action Jackson with Sonakshi Sinha releasing in November 2014 and Shivaay & Golmaal4 for release later. Kareena is busy with her forthcoming movies like Gabbar and Bombay Samurai. Director Rohit Shetty finalized his next movie (for 2015) with Shah Rukh Khan.
